Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- Filling: 3/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp cinnamon, 4 tbsp soft butter
- Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add milk, butter, and egg; knead until smooth. Rise 1 hour.
- Roll dough to a rectangle; spread butter, then sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and slice 12 rolls.
- Place in a greased pan; rise 45 min. Bake at 350°F for 22–28 min until golden.
- Whisk glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm rolls.
