Moist Banana Bread

One-bowl banana bread—tender, lightly sweet, perfect for ripe bananas.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas; whisk in eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla.
  3. Fold in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour into pan; bake 50–60 min until a toothpick is clean.
  5. Cool in pan 10 min, then remove to a rack.
